Adam is an accomplished entrepreneur, leader, and triathlete. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. Continuing his educational journey, Adam obtained a Masters in Entrepreneurial Ventures and a PhD in Leadership from Capella University.
With a solid foundation in education, Adam dedicated the early part of his career working for Outback Steakhouse and Bonefish Grill. Alí A. Quero, 4X Restaurant Coaching
Born in Venezuela, Alí A. Quero attended college there, earning an honors degree in economics from the country's top-ranked university. In 2012, he came to the US to further his education and settled in Providence, RI. In need of a job to support his studies, he found work as a busboy at Los Andes, a local restaurant. It was here that he fell in love with the hospitality industry and quickly climbed the ranks to become the General Manager, a position he held for four years.
During his tenure, Los Andes expanded fourfold and became the #1 restaurant on Yelp and TripAdvisor in RI and even made it to Yelp's Top 100 Places to Eat in the US.
Simultaneously, Alí earned an MBA with a Hospitality Concentration from Johnson and Wales University and became a Certified Sommelier. His passion for service led him to join the Rhode Island Army National Guard, where he serves as an intelligence officer.
As an Army officer, Alí was ready for a new challenge and partnered with Florida-based restaurant group Divino Corp to successfully open and operate two locations of Ceviches by Divino, an upscale-casual Peruvian gastro bar.
